Her uncle may be the world's most elusive fugitive, but Osama bin Laden's niece is about as conspicuous as she can be in a sexy photo shoot in the January edition of the men's fashion magazine GQ.
Wafah Dufour is an aspiring New York-based musician who told the magazine that her family ties to the al Qaeda leader suspected of masterminding the September 11, 2001 attacks have prompted death threats and sent her into a bout of depression. As part of an effort to distance herself from her massive Saudi family, Dufour appears in a sultry photo spread, reclining on satin sheets wrapped in feathers in one picture and posing in a bubble bath wearing nothing but jewelry in a second.
"I was born in the States and I want people to know I'm American, and I want people here to understand that I'm like anyone in New York. For me, it's home," said Dufour, who took her mother's name after the suicide hijacking attacks that destroyed Manhattan's World Trade Center. No wonder why. What will her uncle Osama think about all of this?

O craque do Milan, o brasileiro Kaká, decidiu casar-se a assentar. O matrimónio foi celebrado em São Paulo, tendo o fantasista "rossonero" desposa a sua noiva, a jovem e bem parecida Caroline Celico. Aos 18 anos, está mesmo dentro do prazo, esta modelo e estudante brasileira que a partir de agora tem o futuro garantido.
Brazil midfielder Kaka wed an 18-year-old Brazilian student on Friday in Sao Paulo in a ceremony attended by soccer stars Ronaldo, Cafu and Roberto Carlos. The 23-year-old Kaka and Caroline Celico tied the knot in front of about 600 guests at the evangelical Reborn in Christ Church.
After the wedding, the couple offered what was called "a simple party" at an upscale hotel, Kaka's spokesman Diogo Kotscho said. Among the guests were several of Kaka's teammates in Brazil's national team, including Roque Junior, Dida and Ze Roberto. Julio Baptista, Ricardinho and Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira also were present.
Dutch midfielder Clarence Seedorf -- Kaka's teammate at AC Milan _ Sao Paulo state Gov. Geraldo Alckmin and Sao Paulo Mayor Jose Serra also were invited, but their presence was not immediately confirmed.
Kaka and Celico, who will live in Italy, have been together since meeting nearly three years ago in Brazil, when the bride was 16. Celico finished high school this year, and plans to earn a business degree at a university in Milan. Celico wore a Christian Dior dress, while Kaka -- whose real name is Ricardo Izecson Santos Leite -- was in a Giorgio Armani suit. The couple will honeymoon at an undisclosed location outside Brazil.

O ano de 2005 foi encerrado da melhor forma na Liga portuguesa. O jogo entre o Vitória de Guimarães e o FC Porto foi marcado por alguma tensão, mas também por momentos espectaculares como o golo de Quaresma ou até o incrível erro de Jorginho na segunda parte, falhando um golo isolado. A massa associativa vitoriana esteve activa, como habitualmente, mas a deslocação dos Ultras azuis e brancos foi forte. As melhores imagens de toda a acção estão aqui. Apreciem-nas.

O dérbi minhoto acabou com um resultado surpreendente. Na última jornada de 2005, o Gil Vicente superou a sua inferioridade numérica para dar um golpe fatal a um Sp. Braga que acentuou a sua quebra de rendimento do último mês. Nas bancadas do "Cidade de Barcelos" não esteve a quantidade de público que seria desejável, mas o facto do encontro se realizar a um dia de semana não ajudou nada. De qualquer forma, a acção dos grupos organizados foi interessante. Podem encontrar as melhores imagens da noite neste espaço. Apreciem-nas.
The last game of the year didn't go well for Sp. Braga. The "Arsenal from Minho" lost another game, not getting any benefit from the fact that Gil Vicente ended the match with one man down. This derby from the Minho province allowed some great images of the action in the stands. Enjoy.

The fact is that Penafiel did their best, scoring a goal with only 21 seconds of the match. O jogo da Liga portuguesa entre o Boavista e o Vitória de Guimarães ficou marcado por graves incidentes motivados, em larga medida, pela intervenção despropositada das forças policiais no Topo Sul do Estádio do Bessa. Uma questão menor ficou transformada num grave acontecimentos que poderia ter originado consequências imprevisíveis. As agressões foram selvagens da parte de alguns polícias a adeptos indefesos. Mesmo vendo as imagens, cusfa a acreditar que algo assim seja possível no país que organizou o EURO'2004. Que seja possível, ao menos, responsabilizar os autores das agressões, dado que os polícias não podem estar acima da lei. Vejam as imagens por vossa conta e risco.

O Vitória de Guimarães recebeu o Besiktas de Istambul na derradeira jornada da fase de grupos da Taça UEFA. Mesmo sabendo que estavam eliminados, os vimaranenses tinham a responsabilidade de deixar uma boa imagem perante o novo treinador, Vítor Pontes, que assistia à partida, bem como defender o nome de Portugal e conquistar alguns pontos de forma a ajudar Portugal a resistir ao ataque da Holanda no "ranking" da UEFA. Pois bem, o Vitória deixou a Europa da pior forma. Teve alguns momentos de bom futebol, mas voltou a acusar a falta de consistência do costume e podia ter sido goleado. Numa noite gélida, o Estádio D. Afonso Henriques estava irreconhecível, com menos de metade do público habitual. Os poucos Ultras turcos fizeram a sua festa no topo Norte, e os adeptos minhotos poucas vezes puxaram pela garganta. Com Vítor Pontes ao leme, agora o objectivo é o de endireitar as coisas na Liga portuguesa. Esta é a MEGAGaleria deste encontro internacional. Apreciem-na.
Vitória of Guimarães did not end well it's UEFA Cup group stage participation. Another defeat against Besiktas, after the bad results, for various reasons, against Zenit, Bolton and Seville. The turkish supporters gave their best in the stands, making themselves heard and taking advantage that it was a cold night in the "White Hell" of Guimarães.
